Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management

ADM provides Engineer, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services to clients, thereby providing a one-stop solution for the execution of greenfield and / or brownfield project undertakings. Project delivery as an EPCM service is especially relevant where the client requires more control over the engineering, procurement and construction of the project, and its associated costs.

An EPCM solution is provided with the following elements:

• Engineering: ADM provides complete engineering for the project, which includes technology selection, preliminary / bankability design, conceptual design, detail design and commissioning.
• Procurement: Equipment is procured on behalf of the client, with ADM compiling the relevant specifications and utilising our, or the client’s preferred procurement procedures.
• Construction Management: ADM provides construction management services in order to manage the various constructors appointed by the client to deliver the project. These services include the provision of site supervisors, project managers and construction managers.
